Probably to see if people have different opinions then. Most people say Hahn because of their rep. but ZZP gives the most bang for the $.

Hahn has been selling kits, hence all Hahn owners say "Hahn" even tho they aren't fast or making power and having tuning issues.

ZZP is now selling kits that make more power with better components and support all for a lot less money. It's kind of a no brainer if you research it, but people that know nothing about ZZP will still say Hahn. That is until the season is over and the ZZP cars are running a second faster and making 100 more HP. Then the tide will change for all but the most die hard resistors.

Nasty, the turbo is small, old and doesn't make good power on pump gas. The 20g has no chance against a S256, and that is from experience. I have had both turbos on my dsm, and before people hate and say a cobalt is not a dsm, we already know that.
2.0L is 2.0L

Zzp looks like they have some good stuff going on and if I was in the market again it would be a hard decision but for now the hahn componants have treated me well. The tune has been my issue for a while trying to nail that down. Should hopefully have it solid on May 25th and turning the boost up.

What about for the 2.2.? I have and 07 ls.
Leaning towards the zzp. But they don't have a
tune for it. But they said they would discount it for any
2.2 cause of no tune file. Hmmm.

And I heard the hanh tune sucks.

The only thing I don't like about the zzp kit is the liquid to air intercooler. What is the maintenance required for the liquid to air intercooler?

no maintenance really. Same as engine coolant. Maybe flush it every 50,000 miles or w/e the manual says.

It's basically the same as a front mount Heat Exchanger except air and water flow through it.

Alot of High HP turbo and S/C cars use them!

I might go with the zzp stage 2 kit this winter then. The only thing stopping me is the tuning situation on the 07 2.2.
