Hotside charge pipe under motor

Can someone post some good pics of the hot-side pipe with the under motor config please.
I'd like to see how it bends and the clearances under neath. I'm considering re-doing my hot-side to get slightly better fitment and reduce the diameter cus my hot-side is 3 inch as opposed to everyone's 2.5inch.

I'm wondering if it might help reduce a tiny bit of turbo lag as well as make room for an intake set up which I lack and don't have room for anyway.

nobody i know of has a hotside that goes under the motor and nobody makes one either. the turbo outlet is facing directly up, so the easiest route is over the engine unless you get a diffrent turbo with the outlet facing down.

as far as stock goes i think over the engine is the most direct route. specifically the injen upper charge pipe.

Are you sure about that. I recall seeing kits that had the chare pipe run under the motor and I know I see engine bay pics of turbo lsj's that dont have the large section of pipe going over the motor. Maybe I used the wrong term? I'm talking bout the pipe that runs from the turbo to the intercooler.

I wanted pics for the very resaon you stated it seemed like a a bad idea, unless like u said it's only practical with a different turbo config cus my outlet does face up.

thanks, I'm thinking based on my set up I may not want to change cus it may cause flow constraints. I might go 2.5 inches and have it adjusted for better fitment and available room to put an intake cus as it stands now there is no room.
