i can prove to you that manifold doesnt like 20psi. I still got the manifold sitting in my garage too. I like to think of it as a lesson well learned...

whts surprising is that everone talks about the one piece plastic manifold being better for the sole reason that they think the 2 piece will crack under boost where the 2 pieces come together but thats not the case at all. it actually cracked in another part.

It actually did blow out on the seem but when it did that, it also blusted out the whole back side of the manifold and caused the rest of it to crack when it opened up. The solid manifold can definitely take more boost then the 2 piece.

i am selling it because it picked up a sky turbo motor and i will use that motor now. the 2.2 is stock and i have had no problems with high boost. my air charge temp was not getting high enough to need a intercooler so i didnt put one on. i was running 112 octane and that helps alot. there is no maf besause it has a stand alone ecu system and it runs on speed density. if you use a mass flow efi system you would need a map.
