Just ordered Hahn level 5!!

Well I decided to go with the Hahn turbo kit on my 07. Im getting light speed innovations out of red deer,ab to do the install. I also ordered an Excedy hyper single clutch, hahn cat back and inovate air/fuel and oil pressure guage. The install guy recomended I dont buy a boost contoller yet, he said to drive it at the 15psi 320whp for a while then go back later for the boost controller and he'll crank the boost then. When I go back at that time I'll probly get a water methanol kit installed. What kind of boost controller should I go with?

I've got a few questions that the installer wasnt sure about: On the Hahhn site they say there is an optional port fueler option but there is no where on the site that lets you actually order it. Any one know anything about this?

Also am I going to need engine and tranny mounts?

Ill keep you guys posted on how the build goes.

if you didn't already have them when you were supercharged, you'll definitely need them now. Those mounts suck a bunch of donkey dick.

I have the Hahn stage 5 kit and am on stock mounts as well. I plan on using a Turbo XS boost controller, but option is up to you! GL with the build, should be easy and done in one day if you know what your doing and have all the correct parts. As far as the port fueler option, I think you have to email them about it...

Let me know how that kit works out, we will be here when your ready to switch to ZZP PARTS! It only makes sense, since we are the only cobalt guys making consistent reliable HP's or the people running our parts.

Hahn's quality has really gone downhill the last couple of years.

No. Not with just that stuff. There are other issues that need addressed. Suspension being key. Motor Mounts are a MUST.

Research is also a must.

Sure... if you wanna make 320-350whp all day... go with Hahn and pay too much for too little. The S20G is a junk turbo... plain and simple.

On the other hand, ZZP's kits have proven themselves time and time again and the Borg Warner/Bullseye Power turbos are excellent, reliable units.

If I the s20g doesnt step up and perform Ill just have to pick up a gtx30 or gtx35 simple as that. And the only difference I really see between the two kits is the hahn has a more restrictive down pipe = less heat from cops. Also a different tune but thats why Im taking my car to someone who has done twin turbo kits on lamboginis and knows how to get every last pony out of a car.

So what it comes down to is when the guy whos as experienced with installs and builds as the owner of one of the most reputable shops in canada says go with the hahn Im going to listen.

Hahn has a cat. zzp doesnt. I dont need anymore attention from cops with a loud exhaust.

You might not like that I didnt by from zzp.good I didnt buy it for you.

no. hahn's dp is catless as well. And if that's your only reason for choosing hahn over zzp, then, well.....i don't know what to tell you.

I'm going with the s20g and hahn parts myself, but I'll be damned if I pay what you had to pay for them. If I had the money and choice btwn hahn and zzp's stuff, I would've chosen zzp any day of the week and twice on sundays.
