Im followed this set up, and it flutters...Im lost? I tried other ways of setting up my BOV. It doesnt make noise anymore. Im guessing maybe I messed up my BOV? Not having it properly set up?

i put the t valve on the intake manifold and it doesnt do it anymore. I think these cars all act diffrently though. If it doesnt work for you try moving your vacuum hoses around until you find the rite combination. GL

I only had flutter when I had the block off plate. When I took off the block of plate...T'd into the line that goes to the bpv and ran that to my bov...flutter when away

help

i need to see what im doing wrong......i have the same set up except the mas is relocated and i ran my vacumn and tee as stated above but vince is having trouble tuning in....he said For some reason, the turbo is over-reacting to the boost control solenoid.....everytime i run it to full boost and shift when it blows off i get the overboost code.....it does this on both the stock 15 psi and the traction control at 24 psi......i also have a turbo xs rfl.........do i need a block off plate any help would be great so i can get this running and the tune done.

If you have a Blow off valve, you need to get a block off plate for the bypass valve. while it COULD work with both, it makes it a nightmare to tune and in some cars can never be tuned correctly.

why In the picture is the vacuum hose hooked to that black box? Is that different than hooking it to the intake manifold?
