question for GM tech supercharged ss motor/harness in LS

hi , i'm not sure if this is the correct area for this question,

i have a 2006 ls and recently bought a complete 07 SS/SC

the question:

will i have any problems installing the engine, trans , computer and wiring harness, exhause? basically everything in the engine bay- or do i also have to change the complete interior harness? ?

please advise

thanks in advance

first off, why are you swapping if you have an 07 that is complete? second if you switch harness external and pcm you will be fine. the bcm and abcm are seperate modules and do not interact with one another for the most part. obviously going from a standard to a manual you can have problems arise. yes there is canbus systems in the vehicles but if you switch the pcm also it should be fine.

You swapped engine transmission and everything into your LS or just the supercharger setup?

Well I think you may be the first to do it. Cause that sounds like a hell of a job.
