questions before i turbo

Hey guys. Im going to turbo my 2.2L soon, once i get it all my stuff in, and i was wondering if there is anything i should know before installing. Like anything tricky i need to be aware of. for instance if im gonna have trouble getting the turbo manifold in or anything like that. One specific is question i have is how do you remove the front bumper for the intercooler. thanks guys, ill keep u posted when i start.

Turbo manifold shouldn't be a problem. What style are you going with? Bumper is just a few bolts in the inner fender and the rest should be push clips on the bottom. And some push clips on the upper radiator support. Do you know how you're gonna be running your oil lines? And are you gonna make the piping yourself?

pretty straight forward if youve ever installed a turbo again. you do have the oil adapter for the block right?

You will have to take your oil pan off and weld a bung in there. the bumper is pretty easy to take off it's 3 bolts on each side and some stupid clips in the fender liner and underneath. the piping with the bov on it might not fit perfect cuz the kit was made for the 2.4. I had to weld a new piece on there to get the hood to shut on mine. I love my zzp kit. What stage are you going with?
