Quick gauge question.

I just finished installing my turbo on my 2.4l rand I realized that I forgot to get a boost gauge. I was going to install a factory gauge from the superchaged cobalt but reciently somone told me that would not work. Is that true? I looked around for an answer and didnt find anything. I just want to get something ordered quick because thats all im waiting for for my car.

I dunno, I doubt it honestly. I don't think your ECM is set up to handle the input from the sensor or interept it. You would be better off getting a mechanical boost gauge.
I do have wiring schematics if you really want to investigate it further.

Get a manual gauge it will be cheaper and more accurate. Not to mention the gauge will show the boost level instantly. with the electric one on a SS/SC there's lag...
