42mm, genuine, max psi: 18, wastegate at 8 psi, complete turbo. I will post pictures later....make me an offer

What year is this off of and what condition is it in? Does it come with oil lines?

its a little dirty and no it does not come with oil lines. its off a 2002 Saab 9-3. the compressor wheel still works great and everything inside. but i cant sell it for 115.
