firstly i believe i know how im going to route it i just want to see if it is possible to just hooka filter up o the compressor inlet and let it be?....im almost positive you can do that i just want to check...what would be better? do that or actualy route a cai up from the passenger side? if i do that then ill have to go over the engine and down to the intercooler wont i? just curious what everyone thinks

 

You don't have to have a pipe. As long as it's filtered, then you're fine. HKS makes mushroom filters that are small and you can clamp them onto the compressor.

Hell, I ran mine open compressor'd for months and was fine but that wasn't by choice.

 

lol thought so...just wanted to make sure.....as for the piping...anyone have any ideas

 

If you can visualize it, you can run it. Just look and make a educated decision.
