Not so much the stock gauge but atleast the the stock piller and what i ment by bands(sorry i know it doesnt make much sense lol) IS just reading the different sensors, Sorry for being unclear

 

No your fine its just i suck with this stuff! lol So you guys think those gauges will work? Whats confusing me is just that ive seen like gauges with a whole little computer attached to them and are close to $300, what do those have that these dont? thanks for all the help guys!

 

if your getting a wideband, get the AEM UEGO...its the complete unit. you have to realize, a gauge only displays the data... a lot of these gauges your looking at with little cpmputers as you call them use these computers to translate the electrical signals produced at the sensor into a displayable number on the gauge, the AEM UEGO gauge has this chip built into the gauge itself, and includes the sensor as well. It has everything you need. As far as boost gauges go, just get a mechanical one, and you're set. All mechanicals work the same, and will be easy to install and work on your car

 

Im still confused about the whole guage thing, like can somebody get me a link on what exactly i would need?

 

AEM wideband/AEM UEGO. look for an AFR gauge with these names...this is a specific brand
