Tial BOV HELP :(
Ok so here's the setup-
Dejon upper with tial bov
-unpainted spring
-TTR block off plate
-original vac from bpv ran to the tial
-1 washer spacer
Car will not build boost and throws itself into limp mode and will not dump
I tried T'ing into the vacuum directly off of the manifold and got the same results any help would be appreciated. Tial seems to be a troublesome one to get correct

Try this try runing the bov in parralel with the bpv. Hook up the bpv normal and then hook the bov to that nipple on the intake manifold with a t on that line. It should be ok to run with no tune at that point.

I wont be running the car at all without a tune. I am currently in South Korea and will be returning home May 22nd to Ohio, where I'll be installing my new ZZP intercooler and my lower charge pipe and having James-Chevycobaltss3 tune my car before i drive it again at all.
1. new question: taking the original vac line that was going to the orignal BPV, and hooking it ONLY to the new Tial BOV should be the correct way to install the Tial BOV am i correct ?

yea if u block off the bpv put that rubber piece back in so it will build boost cuz i did the same thing didnt put it in and car went to limp mode. then run that line to the tial. u will have a flutter sound cuz the bov wont open quick enough i ordered an 8 psi spring and it still flutters. im gonna order the 6 psi spring and see if that helps. where at in ohio are u located?

If you go on Tials webpage they have it broken down look at your boost gauge at idle and it should show vacuum. Match the vacuum you're showing to the chart on Tials webpage for which spring you need for you BOV when you order it
