Turboed l61 help

alright guys, im not tuned yet but..need some help. 1. how should my vac lines be ran i have my BOV, wastegate and boost gauge? 2. im not building any boost at all but it spools like a mother, boost leak perhaps? coolant tank is super low? also need a oil restricter but i already ordered that. im running the lnf k04 turbo with zzp mani to. thanks!

Everyone on here is going to say don't drive the car nowhere until you get tuned. Get tuned first cause with the more air coming in your ecu is probably saying wtf real loud. Shouldn't of even started it up. Double check all hoses and search for how hoses are routed. Sure there are tons of post of ppls builds that have them.

i know i shouldnt have ran it im letting it sit for a week till i get tuned.. then 2 hour drive for tune\

all these components need a vacuum line signal from the intake manifold. you can use a large 1/4 vacuum line and then tee off to other components as you need.

Yeah, for real, maf sensor readings shoulda made the ecm say "efff uuuuuu!"

If the piping size for the maf is close and you stay out of boost, the car doesn't know there is a turbo there.

ive stayed out of boost because 1 i have a boost leak and two i dont wanna rip on it. the car reacts fin untuned.. just eats gas.. i dont drive unless absolutly necessarily .. and yea already drove it 2 hours home.. its fine. AFR's were all good to.

Do you realize the slow destruction of the engine you are causing? It only takes the computer one false read or one little bit of acceleration and boom, you're done.

well right now i have a vac line going from the turbo to the wastegate..then another from intake mani with a T to my gauge and BOV

i have one from when i brought it back here:



also, today i recieved the oil restricter so that goes on tommrrow and i will no longer burn oil at idle. also my exahust reducer came so my buddie can weld it up and i wont be open down pipe anymore. thank you jesus was fun at first now its just head aches lol

yes i do realize this but by the previous posts the OP has put up he is not running 0psi he is just trying to stay out of boost so as i stated before i would never drive this 2hrs

i didnt have boost because the wastegate was positioned wrong which made it stay stuck open. i drove 2 weeks like that and nothing happend. i am now trifecta tuned and running strong minus the clutch
