Stock turbo and E-47 350-370 whp depending on dyno. ZFR on 93 can make up to 445 whp at 29 psi.

Anywhere from 310-330 whp depending on the dyno.

I got the zzp intercooler not the charge pipes... I am buying one of the charge pipes today and getting the other one for Xmas . Which one is better? Upper or lower?

Upper is better.

Only need a lower if you want to run a MAF relocate for a BOV. The stock lower is fine.

That's the only plus to the lower?
Will my stock lower charge pipe fit with the zzp intercooler?

It will.

I used a stock lower until about 6 months ago, simply cause I put a BOV on and needed to relocate my MAF. Never had an issue
