i can get a pretty good deal on an 06 supercharged SS, off the lot, because it's an 06
downside, it doesnt have LSD.
but the savings are so huge...
the only way i could get that with the 07 is to wait a whole year...
what, if any, are the major differences between the 06 and 07 SS2 besides the 60k v. 100k mileage warrenty...
also, i hate the recaro seats... and i dont think i'd even really need the LSD, i mean, i havent had it ever, and i just deal with understear. it's fun sometimes. plus, i'm just looking to stage 2 it and intake it, and have a nice daily driver... so i donno.

07 Has the lovely new tri-spoke steering wheel, revamped HVAC controls (also with an Aux port for mp3 players), the OnStar antenna moves to the back of the roof and looks streamlined (or at least not like an afterthought), and the painted aluminum rims have a nice lip (imo it makes the wheels look better!). Thats why i bought '07!

 

yeah, i guess i'm being forced to get the 07 because my mom(who'll have to co sign the loan), and no, im not a rich ******* who is getting this from their parents, i have to actually spend money to get things...
so they are dragging ass so i have to get the 07 and i guess the upside is i can get a good deal with the GM discount, and i get to build to suit. so i'd get the SS2, with black wheels, black of course, and the lsd. wow, this site doesnt have very prompt responce time.

What he said. Why I got mine. Although, don't know how you can hate the recaros...they are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet. I love mine. Definitly the best aspect of the interior.

 

i just don't like them because i like surprising people, so when they see the racaro's they'll assume, and be right, that this is gonna be quick. i want them to think it's just another SS and then have the stage 2 and a new pully. i like being as much of a sleeper as possible. i know, i'm nutty! lol
