by the books who should win? by the books I mean by the specs for each car. both stock

yeah, the 2.0s are turbo but they also weigh like 400000000 poundsl.

jetta's definately at a weight disadvantage... I raced one from a 15MPH roll in my automatic 2.4 and held my own till we stopped at 70MPH.

Weight kills the Jetta, but if he has DSG, it should compensate for that a little.

We finally got the chance the other day.... we were going up hill from 60mph and he had about a 3 car headstart on me. when we ended.... i was like...... 4 or more cars ahead.
