I have a 2.0 LSJ short block, cylinder head and valve cover that I have purchased and have access to a bunch of 2.2 2007 motor parts

I need the timing chain cover, oil pump, water pump, thermostat, timing chain and associated items. Am also missing a couple of camshaft bolts (that hold the camshaft bearing caps)

Is the 2.2 the same for these items?

I noticed that the 2006 LSJ camshaft bolts I had where different than the 2007 2.2 in appearance. I called two dealers and got two different answers (one said they were the same....and the other said they were different). In looking at the actual parts, they are visible different. So what is not known....did chevy obsolete the one set of parts that were actually used back in 2006 and replace it with a newer part number......or one of these dealers is wrong on their info. This is what has caused me to ask the question on the other parts (besides just the camshaft bearing bolts)

I have the factory service manual for both the 2.2 and 2.0 engine for 2006....but it does not give the part numbers in it. Trying to find out if I can use these 2.2 parts to complete the 2.0 build

Not sure about the bolts but the rest should be the same.

the front cover is the same water pump is the same thermostat is different the chain should be the same the cam cap bolts i have no clue call tom at C.E.D. 1800 441 5150 he can tell you if they are or not
