You have 3 pages of responses and I think only, what, 2 people said ya?

All I'm looking for is feedback on an idea. The only way I can offer exact terms and conditions is if I was already in buisness on this, which I'm not! This is going to take a TON of time and a WHOLE LOT of money to get this started! Look guys, I know you want more specific answers on some of your questions but in order to do that, I have to have it written in writing and the only way I can do that is by starting the company. BUT, I can't start the company or move on ANY part of the idea unless I have a lot of positive feedback that shows there is a lot of market interest in this idea! No ones going to invest any time or money if they don't see any interest in a product. I'm no different than you guys. I drive a completely different car but that's about it. I used to own a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire which is how I got started on the Ecotec motor. My best friend has a 2005 Chevy Cavalier and my brother has owned both the 2.2 and 2.4 SS Cobalt. The Ecotec is no joke as you all know!! I know all about the Ecotec build book and also followed the LNF Cobalt as it made its way onto the scene. Anyone that underestimates those is going to have a very rude awakening!! Once you throw something like the Trifecta tune or GM Stage 1 tune on it, the possibilities for power on those things are limitless! I know a few people that are non believers in the Cobalt but I just laugh it off and tell them that they are full of them selves! Keep in mind, I'm backing this up while sitting on my Sentra Spec-V.lol
Anyway, all I'm looking for is your feedback and respones. I don't plan to screw anyone over here. It's like I said earlier guys, you have to plan things out yourself before investing into the process for the turbo kits. As for any deliquincies, again look at how other shops and stores are handling the same issue. I'm pretty sure I'd have to follow the same rules and guide lines as they do. Another fact for the 3 pages is that there are only a very small handful of you that have read the link that I provided. Don't get me wrong though! This is a new idea and I'll try and answer any questions and/or concerns that guys have! That's what I'm here for. I completely understand that when it comes to money, you want to know exactly whats going. Well it's pretty straight forward. My plan isn't that much different than any other store or company you make payments to. Just keep in mind that those are full fledged companies already. I've just come up with an idea that I wanted to present to you guys so I don't have exact rules and conditions set up already like they do, but if you guys help me out here, then I can get the ball rolling and get all of the rules and conditions written up for everyone to see!

Hope you guys had a good weekend! Well, during my festive time, I spoke to my family about this and one of them brought up a good point and made me think about something.. They were telling me that it would be a lot better to get the turbo kits out to you guys at "WHOLE SALE" price! It's a lot greater of a risk with payments. Getting the kits at wholesale price and selling it that way, it's still cheaper than what it goes for on the market anyway so I'm still staying true to the idea.

So anyway, REVISED PLAN*** The kits will be soled around wholesale price. Which means that you're still saving quite a bit than going on the regular market to get one. So, any takers on the new plan? Keep in mind that these are kits and upgrade parts that are already on the market. I'll just be selling them for a LOT less expensive.

NOW you're thinking correctly. If it was a name brand turbo i'd be down for a whole sale price. Who doesnt like saving money?

Okay, being that I work in the sub-prime car loan business, I would have to say this is a very bad idea... If small car lots can't afford to finance their own vehicles then you will certainly go broke fast trying to do this on your own. I would suggest contacting a financing company and see what kind of rates you can work out with them; Let them do all the bitch work so you can work on the business end and not have to worry about chasing after people or loosing money by selling claims to collections.

This applies to you as well! All LSJ and LNF owners. With you guys, I will work on getting whole sale prices for the upgrade kits available for your cars. Although the 200whp mark doesn't actually pertain to the LSJ and LNF owners, I noted in the beginning about looking into the upgrade packages for those motors.
Also, your dyno numbers are nice! 219whp without a tune and a good 232whp after the tune! Very nice!

Thanks denlou! That's actually what I plan to do.lol I'll eventually end up getting with quite a few sponsers and buisness associates to get this running.

So how do u repo the kit when someone doesn't pay?
Are there late fees if not paid on time?
How will payments be made? ie. check, credit card and so on....
What kind of personal information will you need?

Haha! I actually got a good "talking-to" from my family on that and have decided to ditch that plan of action in lue of setting the kits up at a MUCH less expensive whole sale price. So no more payment plans or anything like that. Example.. And I do mean EXAMPLE.lol:::

'Name Brand' Turbo Kit- $3000, My whole sale Price for 'Name Brand' kit- Around $1800

Like that.
