When I go to school which is highway driving, My DIC said I averaged 33-34 mpg. When I go to work, wich is all city I average only 20-21 mph.

 

 

^^^resetting the mpg while hwy cruising doesnt count

my ss/sc with stage 2 and more gets about 25mpg average. My LS 2.2 auto gets about 22 on average. I only drive the LS in the city, it has a remote starter so i let it warm up alot in the winter, it's due for an oil change and probly an air filter. i almost never drive the SS/SC in the winter anyways.

 

My average if i leave it alone for weeks is about 40.5mpg
including city/highway.

 

Stopping shifting above 3k. that solved my problem

Right now mine is at 21.9 or 22.9 i can't remember.
It dropeed significantly ever since winter came. I dont even care anymore..im resetting mine this weekend when i drive to lacrosse and hopefully that'll put it up in the 30's and make it seem like im getting good gas mileage.

 

I reset mine once a week on each fill up, is that bad? It says 22.9 right now.

 

what did we expect from one of the C&D rated worst MPG 4 cylinder cars...

 

That is usually the way I do it, however it's no fun.

Can't have your cake and eat it.
