3 Questions..

Hey guys.. A few questions.. Making one post instead of one for each..

1. Is there any real good plug we can use for our cars? When I checked into plugs at the store, it just listed a basic copper plug. I've already replaced them a little bit ago, and I know you really don't need to replace them often in these, but if I can get a better plug I will.. I know there's a billion types out now..

2. What is the best way to mount a set of harneses? I've never mounted a set before, and anyone's who I've seen has had roll cages in and they mounted the tops to the bar.. I've got the Recaro's, and I figured that a harness would help keep me in place even more come SOLO-II next year..

3. Has anyone painted their pillars black? The A-B-C pillars.. All of them. I don't know why my entire interior is black except for the pillars.. lol. I think it'd look good in black..

Thanks!

Word. My one friend did his panels and headliner up in something, but I'm just worried about the pillars now.. Simple enough to do, I just want to see it first..

NGK BKR7E's. Check them when you change your oil, should last 10,000 miles or so. Make sure the gap is correct. But copper plugs run out inevitably, but burn cool.

Stick with the basic plugs, simple and effective.

Get a harness bar, Or if you take the back seat out run them at an angle back to the backseat mounting holes. Whatever you do dont mount them straight to the floor!

Dont know about the pillars.

Harness bar..?

Mounting them to the backseat mounting brackets would be the easiest? I'd end up pulling the backseat, spare tire, etc. anyway..

Yea i think cobalt addiction sells one, http://cobalt-addiction.com/interior.htm Here ya go, Click roll cage and scroll down its the second one.

Or yea the rear seat mounts, Iv never had the back seat out of my cobalt but with the talon i bolted them to the floor where the back seat bolted in and it ran them at a nice angle. You want them as straight back as possible.

sigh.

Ok, so the plan is combine 3 unrelated things and therefore post it in General for more views. No. Differing questions, differing forum sections. Thank you.
