i think the lemon law is a dumb ass rumor anyway. have you ever seen anyone that accauly got a new car from it? they just fix the pos cobalts there is always some reason why it doesnt qualify under the lemon law. as for the cel's yes my 07 always has them and its getting OLD...
My Sister lemon lawed her new 2007 dodge cu mmins and got a new one. Everystate has different laws regarding lemon laws. In Pa, 3 tries for the same problem and you can lemon law it. It took 4 months to complete the process.
I brought my balt in numerous times into the dealership. One time they replaced my steering wheel shaft. When I got it back my steering wheel was 40 degrees to the left. lol WTF no test drive after doing work? Then when it was "centered" it was still off and pulled to the right, but the said it was perfectly fine...and a bunch of other times that I don't feel like getting into but I did have 4 different rental cars in a 2 month period...So I traded that **** in and got me a subaru
If I didn't I would've had to start punching babies because thats how frustrated I was with the balt. The End.

mmmm... interesting. Insurance money!
I've ALWAYS used premium. Since day one. And I always go to either Shell or BP gas stations. I never go to the cheap "Fuel King" gat station, so I don't think its a fuel problem. Last fill ups were at a new Shell they just opened here.

I only use Shell.

No, it was a yellow one that was on an Acura dealership. Some guy from my area bought it and I see it sometimes on the road. Luckily when I'm not driving my balt.
They wanted $20K for the 04 skittle and I was like get f^@% out! The balt was $24K brand new. They would not let me even test drive it, only if I was "serious" in buying it. ******* salespeople.
Sucks dude. Damn stealerships never do things right.
