i need some help to re solder the contacts on my key fobs back together. I would like to mail one of the key fobs to you so that you can solder it for me and send it back. then once i get my car back and make sure it works i will mail the other one to be fixed also. of course i will mail it with a return already addressed and stamped envelope.

anyone willing to help me out please.

 

i'm down. i do a lot of work. im sure there's other services local to you, like cell phone/electronic repair shops. those may charge less than you'll end up paying for shipping...

 

shipping? a 80 cent stamp should do it, but i think a buddy local can get it done for me who works on computers all day soldering mother boards

Like others have said, it really isn't hard to do yourself, as long as you have a good soldering iron and some patience. I wrote up the how-to here: How-To: Key Fob Battery Clip Re-Soldering when I fixed mine. I'd also be willing to fix your's for free if you want.

 

you have to log in to g5 forums of which im not a member, but i dont know **** about soldering tho so if my buddy cant help me than you guys are next up in the shoot
