usually mine hangs around 183... hits 195 normally and its seen 205 idling in town... seen 213 on a hard mountain run and as low as 172 engine braking down a pretty big mountin... engine seems to run pretty effin cool to me.

Thanks, we eventually figured it out. The radiator brackets were bent slightly, causing it to lean to one side and not pump coolant....

That was a crazy diagnosis lol
