Back Seat Delete

Buy a solstice or a sky. Not only does it have the back seat delete, but it also has the rwd mod!
On a serious note, are you doing this for weight savings? When I had my cobalt, I did a few things (not the rear seat delete) and was able to get the car down to 2,900 lbs (full fluids including gas, no driver).

yeah the rear seat really doesn't way much but getting a lighter battery and removing your spare tire and replace trunk carpet over that spare tire with a weathertech or the likes can save you more weight that is more on the rear end which is what you want

^ This is what I was getting at, he just beat me to it. I ran a 15lb Braille battery in my Cobalt (and am now running it in my Solstice), and it started it just fine every day. Pull out the spare tire and jack. Clean out your glove box (there was almost 5lbs of stuff in mine). Go catless. Pick up a set of PF01s or Aleggeritas (the two lightest wheel options, albeit a more expensive mod). If you look around, there's tons of stuff you can do to drop weight without losing functionality.

I'm not doing it for weight reduction, I have a harness bar so my rear seats are useless, so I wanna get the delete so I can have more room with a cleaner look, I may just put wood with carpet in the bottom and have the back portion completely removed so I have a bigger trunk lol

use pieces of cardboard to make a template then trace and cut your desired material cover with carpet and install.
fastening it is up to you you can get creative with the bolt locations for the seat or go gheto styles and screw it in.
