Question Which is better: 2005 or 2006?

Hi...a dealer told me the 2005 SS/SC would have a better re-sale value than the 2006s becuase of their limited production run...does anyone buy this???

Sounds to me like someone wants your money now instead of later.

I am not sure of the production runs on the '06s, but the '05 SS was limited to 6% of total cobalts produced. Just what I have been told. Could GM just trying to get your money now.?.but who knows. Just my thought.......

even the normal cobalt is extremly rare, let alone the SS version.

Maybe it'll become a classic car in 3 years.

From what I was told (and maybe this is strictly in Canada) each GM dealership is allowed a total of 5 2005 SS's for the year. There are currently three here in London, ON (Black, Red and Blue) and an orange one just pulled into the dealership the other day so I'll be paying attention to see how many more come in after this one

Just added them up, paddock has well over 60 coupes and a ton a sedans... another dealership on Grand Island here in NY is claiming to have well over 300 total cobalts..... I think they have arrived. Just about every dealership around finally has a couple SS/sc sitting on the lot. Not a single G85 though
