Ive got the option catback/tsudo same thing. Got a guy who will sell me the middle section of the ZZP exhaust (muffler got messed up i guess), with the resonator.

Now when i do my header and catted DP I assume the cat will be scary loud, I also assume the ZZP resonator is larger than tsudo and will quiet the car more.


So basically I want to know if its worth it to swap resonators and if the ZZP midpipe with bolt in with the rear section of the Tsudo exhaust?

 

2 different exhaust companys, most likely will not bolt together in the same spot

 

figured! just hoping to get lucky, I assumed when i install the header and downpipe even though its catted ill need another resonator. My car is already super loud.

 

So, i didnt realize he has most of the catback. Can someone tell me if all that I would need to do would be to weld on a muffler? Ill just buy the whole thing and try something different, maybe a borla XR1 or something.

 

its a 2.2L silly you said not to mod 2.2ls save your money go turbo! But yes just a muffler would work.

Figured mike would say this. I got the header and dp for $175 and he will give me the whole exhaust for $75. Dont think i can pass on a deal like this plus, when the hell is a auto DP/header midlength ever for sale used?

 

Now yes I do have to push car down the street before turning it on when I leave my girls house late so her parents don't wakeup but other than that it's not too loud

 

get an hks high power muffler and your car will sound good and gain 100whp because those are used in supras

 

just wondering what its going to cost for the exhaust, to have it re welded and put on....

 

Charged my friend 120 for a magnaflow muffler and weld in

 

the exhaust itself is welded so id have to do that too.

or keep the tsudo and add a longer resonator or add a small cherry bomb behind the existing resonator.

 

I hope youir not paying to have that put on.. for the weld i can see tho

 

So I got everything for an amazing price.


Just have to figure out what kind of muffler and tip to put on or reuse my tsudo muffler? not sure. Also my tsudo is 2.25 and the zzp is 2.5". Would that be beneficial for low end torque to have the muffler and rear section before the axle (where it bolts) to go down to 2.25"?

 

or you could sell me the 2.5 piping from the zzp catback lol.

 

i'm running the zzp lt headers with catted downpipe to a tsudo cat back exhaust. bolted up just fine. i actually just replaced my exhaust gasket on monday. i love the way it sounds but it is a little loud for most people

 

any rasp? Hoping wth the cat there wont be any video clip?


And again im not sure if should keep the axle sectron 2.25" wth the tsudo muffler or go 2.5" and use a different muffler.

 

a lil bit of rasp but i like it that way. i don't currently have any videos but i can get some this weekend and post them up for u. just may have to shoot me a message and remind me. lol
