Boost Bypass mod

I was looking at track times and saw that someone had the boostbypass mod but still had the stock pulley. Does this mod help even with the stock pulley on the car and how much

no, it will not do anything unless you have a smaller pulley. the people who do that and say it makes their stock car faster are delusional.

it works if you are running a smaller pulley than the stock one.

don't you think it would work even a little at low elavation with dense air (humid), a week ago it was about 70 outside (night) and it was really humid so humid it almost looked like fog. When I would floor my car the boost would go to like 13 or 13.5 and start rising but when i got to a certain rpm it would drop back to 12.5

I've tried the boost bypass mod, actually makes my car slower. I've tried all the variations to the bypass mod. Not sure why, but my car hates it, I have a 3.1 pulley by the way....

When I get the GM stage 2 upgrade, I will be installing my manual boost controller on the valve you do the bypass mod on. This kit will be so I can adjust it from inside the car.

You will actually lose power in the lower end. Not worth the like 10hp you gain at like 6,000 rpm.
