It took a little getting used to the twm, and i still need to play with the adjustment but the shifts are alot more solid and the shifter just feels better.

Thank you, me and buddy went to walmart picked out the rustoleum color i wanted, sanded the wheels down with 300 grit, cleaned em super well first of course. Then sprayed em with a deck of cards in the groove between tire and rim. The trunk i found on craigslist, guy offered to trade me his white trunk off a 08 cobalt parts car, happened to be white(score!). So yesterday afternoon got off work early went down to baltimore and swapped trunks out in the back of his shopyard.

Did you prime the rims before you painted, and did you put a clear coat on them?

Also what shifter did you have before, I have a hurst in my car and it doesn't feel real solid, not sure if its the hurst or just the way these cable shifters feel...

Also, you car looks really good but drop that **** like its hot

Lol it is dropped on progress springs, ill get some more pics in the sunlight today. The wheels i had painted black previously, so no primer was used just the previous layer of paint sanded down and any marks from rocks or other stuff scraping em, removed and smoothed.

With this paint no clear was used.

Going down to rockville to my buddys shop, MD offshore performance, gonna use his detailing stuff and do a glaze n wax. Gonna take the cam and get you guys some day shots, post up later this afternoon. Till then folks-

With the rustoleum paint a clear is sorta useless, and its so cheap and easy if you scratch it up later a quick clean, scuff, clean and spray, and bam new all over. lol

I can get more into detail on how we prepped em, cause thats the key really. If youd like more info on that ill post up later, headed out now.
