Some ******* broke into my Cobalt last night. They knocked out the passenger side window and climbed in to avoid opening the doors. The only thing stolen was my radio. Everything else was left alone. This makes me think people scouted it out.

My apartment complex used to be really nice but its been going downhill recently. There were some break-ins of older vehicles many months ago. But appearently last night whoever did it last time came back to hit my car and one other.

Just writing this to let everyone know that no matter how good your neighborhood might seem to be... its the people that come in from other neighborhoods looking for **** to steal that end up breaking into your car. So don't advertise your **** and remove your radio faces.... That and get an engraver so you can engrave and record serial numbers on your pricey car stuff.

I hope I find those ******* but I doubt I ever will..

 

had the same thing happen to me about a month ago.. people suck...it took me an entire month to get my life back in order too...he stole all mycredit cards and ID and money.

Your stock radio, or aftermarket?

 

Damn, all I had stolen from my car was my antenna. Yep, my stock antenna seemed to appealing to someone so they took it.

That's why I leave my doors unlocked about half the time... my complex is pretty safe... but if someone really wants something out of your car... they're gonna break in and take it.

i had a problem with that before, only i knew who it was. haha its a long story, but i was friends with a guy in highschool and he went out with this girl the whole 4 years. she broke up with him because he beat on her ( he is a complete ahole), she would always tell me when he beat on her, and she grew to like me. She broke up with him for me. (she's my fiance now). he never knew until a few years later. cobalt was brand new, not even 4 day old. he slashed my nice pirellis. I went out on a limb and bought compustar. 3 days later it saved my car. he tryed to brake in and i dented the hell out of his truck.
