Brembo pad wear issue
So I changed out my front rotors and pads a couple days ago and it appears I am having uneven west issues. 3 out of the 4 pads wore completely evenly but the outside pad on the driver side was worn down much further.
The 3 evenly worn pads had probably 3/8 of an inch of pad left while the one that wore unevenly was basically down to bare metal.
Rotors weren't warped or anything. I have no idea what would cause this. Any idea?

A bad piston would cause no pad wear. If one of the slide pins are seized (or both) that would prevent the caliper from traveling properly. This would cause the caliper to unevenly slide and it would wear the pads on an angle. I had this issue with a Dakota I had and my caliper actually angled itself so much that it was grinding on the inside of my wheel! Haha
Listen to Powell take the pads out cleaning grease everything really good I had the same problem I let it go too long and it cost me $150 set of pads and a hundred dollars set of rotors cleaned everything real well never had a problem again
Brake dust was keeping the pad from fully retracting

I bled the system very well. No air but lots of dirt in the first bit that came out. Pins weren't, aren't seized. I cleaned and lubed them pretty good. I will take the caliper off a thoroughly clean it on Monday, hopefully that fixes it.
