Built transmission for 08 cobalt 400whp

Anyone running werks racing built f35? Thinking about buying stage 2 tans. Rated for 500 whp , 1 year warranty. Should I keep 3.82 final drive or switch to either 4.05, or 4.45. 3700 is a good price for what would be a headache in any other situation

Do you have 500whp? A 3.82 will be the weakest trans but the best on the interstate. I may be able to help you.

not right now no , I’m pushing 400 give or take hasn’t been dynod. But from zzp I should be 390-400+ .
I know about the 3.82 being weak. I just don’t know how the other final drive ratios feel in something similar to my setup. Ldk block full bolt ons 6758 turbo and tune . The stock trans held for about 20 or so pulls before 3rd gave up . What where u referring to as help lol a spare trans ?

Yep, but with a 6751 you will need to spend some money. LnfwagonSS In here or Jason Perrotto on Facebook is your guy. B3 designs. He can do things to strengthen the f35 that no one can do, even pwerks. I have a spare 4.45 but behind a quick spooling efr you will need his trans or a f40.
