how can you afford the lawyer, etc.? and i kinda agree....going after GM, esp. not if its a class action, just you, is not going to be the walk in the park you think. of course your lawyer is going to say they can win....hes a lawyer...you have money....fill in the blanks but good luck none the less

 

all the attorney fees are payed for by gm...i'm not sure exactly how it works, i'm still waiting on details and all that, but supposedly if they lose they waive all fees, if they win then they get my settlement and then have something worked out with gm that they will pay all the court fees...i mean come on guys, it's worth a shot...if anyone else has a better idea then let me know, don't just rag on my plan...
the car is valued through edmunds at around 13500, i owe around 21000, the car now shuts off while i'm driving (not very safe if i'd be trying to merge onto a highway or something...i don't know i just want out of this car it's been nothing but a headache for me since i got it
