So is she correct? I am having problems with my criuse control button also. Sometimes when I Press it it wont come on its really anoying when I am driving on the highway and it wont let meeee ughhh
Your post is extremely confusing to read, but I'll take a stab.
You can buy an extended warranty up until your factory warranty expires. After that you're SOL in most cases.
As for your mileage stuff, it sounds like you're confusing your lease mileage with your warranty mileage. You have an '05 which mean you're covered for 3 years/36kmi after your purchase bumper to bumper. This has nothing to do with your lease mileage, you can drive 35kmi in the first week you own the car on 12kmi/1 year lease and still have warranty coverage.
You're lease has a limit of 48kmi, so you'll have no warranty (excpet the powertrain) for the last 12kmi of your lease.
BTW - your lease isn't limited to 12kmi/year, but rather a total. If you have a 2-year, 12kmi/year lease, and you put 13kmi in the first year, and 11kmi in the second you haven't gone over.

Well, most extended warranties are sold by the dealership, but provided by a 3rd party, and also when buying used, you can purchase warranties. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to at any point in time, providing your vehicle passes inspection. Those warranties aren't cheap, though.

But like I said, you have 26kmi on your car, which means as long as you haven't had it for more than 3 years you're still covered.
