Car dropped!

So first I bought the Eibach's months ago but decided to wait to have them put on after hearing about peoples stocks struts going out. I wanted to do things right. So I bought the Koni Yellows and had those for about 2 months. I could never find someone to do it for a reasonable price,(my dealership said 600 for JUST the springs, **** that!) A buddy helped me find a shop to do it for me that wasn't gonna have Chico and Javier doing the work. 300 for labor and 100 for the alignment and I said lets DO IT!

So heres the results:

BEFORE

AFTER

I love how it handles now! Right now its on the softest setting but I can hit turns going so much faster than before!

A couple questions though.

Do the springs/struts need to be broken in? Cause the drop isn't as low as I see with other peoples sportline set ups.

I want to put them all the way to firm, anybody that has the Konis, how harsh is the ride with them tuned all the way to firm?

+1 for a fellow white balt owner. That looks good. I really need to drop mine.

Ever consider debadging and removing the side moldings?

Here is mine debadged and with the moldings removed.

I wish they would have made the SS/SC in WHITE It's a great color for these cars . When i took the side moldings off my 02 Z-24 it made it look alot cleaner , i like both of your guys cars thou with or without them.

Mmmm Looks Good! Also +1 for keeping the pinstripe, most people dislike them but I think its a nice accent on our white cars.

Yes I've been wanting to debadge my car but I don't have a blowdryer or heatgun so I can't take the badges/moldings off at the moment. I'd do the same exact thing as you except I'm going to be painting my bowties and covering up the trunk keyhole with the rear bowtie.

I got mine from Jason Audio, one of our supporting vendors on the site. I got a good deal on them because of a groupbuy. Throw the guy a PM and he might be able to get em for you for the same price.

you don't need a blow dryer, just fishing line and googone!

when i put the sportlines on my ls, it wasn't as low as i thought it would be, i was pissed. my friends gave me **** for my car looking stock now, but it is better than 6in wheel gap. but it is still better than stock or w/ custom wheels.

Wheel gap sucks!

just take the fishing line and move it back and forth between the emblem and the car. it cuts away the glue. then use googone to remve the extra glue. there is a tutorial in the do it your self section i think. it's real easy
