I would consider upgrading to something from a wrecked Ion Redline, they have the sexiest Recaro's I've ever seen.

Ohh and also it's a direct bolt on as far as I know.

Physically removing your stock seats is REALLY easy. Sometimes I do it just to give my carpets a good cleaning. Putting in new ones can be a little tricky.

You may have to drill or fabricate brackets that will match up to the stock mounts. Do you have heated seats? Do you want heated seats? Do you have the passenger airbag sensor?

Also, I moved the thread do general. This really doesn't have anything to do with the engine.

brackets arent a problem i have access to a mig and tig. im gonna have to make brackets for my mercury too. in my mazda when i had to take my seat out to get my snake out from under it i could never get the mf bolted back into place all the way. got 3 of the 4 in but the seat needed to be twisted back into place and i could never get it above the hole.
