Here are some pics of the Clear Image ceramic coated setup but i'm having a couple issues. I've got a slight whistle sound (more noticeable when ac is on and/or car under load) and a rattling canister type noise sometimes. More pics coming later.

I'm guessing the whistle sound is a slight exhaust leak but the rattling is the most annoying. I replaced dp/catback gasket and header gasket on install. The ball/socket gasketless connection i believe is where its coming from but my problem is that once lining it up accurately, supporting the dp pre-flex section so the socket doesn't move/rotate is what im stuck on. Dan said to alternate tightening the nuts on the bolts for the connection but when i get to the point of actually tightening it seems that the bracket pieces will spin/rotate or become off centered which I believe is preventing me from completely tightening them down and aligning the connection properly. Any suggestions on this or other possibilities for either. I'm going to tighten all O2 sensor connections and check for anything else that may be touching but ive gone over it twice already. Rattles come usually when going above ~30-40% throttle and very often when letting off gas to shift.
