Unhappy clutch go bye bye

damn thing.... i went to go order a new clutch today and as soon as i left the dealership the clutch went out.... when ur in 3rd gear and it is reving at like 4grand and ur only going like 30 mph u got a problem... oh well looks like ill be without the balt for a few days ugh

Clutch from the stealership? (I love that term) There are so many better options for the kind of money they are going to bang you...

the clutch was slipping since i got it and it only had 4,800 miles on the car now it has 19k.....

...warranty. You shoulda had 'em change it before you drove off the lot. I would never buy a car with a slipping clutch. Bt thats just me..

right now it is sitting at work.. i just need to come up with a trailer

it didnt have a warranty.... it was wrecked i only paid 9,000 for the car

I just don't understand how the guys that are N/A burn them up so fast. I have alot more power and mine is still going strong at 30,000.

I have heard plenty of times of ss/sc's burning them up well under 10k. I think they just slip the hell out of it and don't no what slipping it sounds like or feels like so they just keep doing it.

I have 37,500+ on mine and the clutch holds fine unless you are really accelerating hard. It will start to slip in 2nd at about 4,000 RPM WOT and again in 3rd around 3,000 WOT but you really have to beat it hard. My tune limits boost to 5psi in 1st or I guess I would have some serious slippage there as well...

F23 clutch is pretty strong though.

It takes awhile before it heats up and slips and I am pushing 180-185whp

Won't slip on the 1-2 shift with sticky as fack tires.

Just hooks, not as sticky tires chirped.

I can get some fierce torque steer going into third too
