Clutch replacement

Sorry about another clutch thread
Yesterday the dealership told me that I blow my clutch and that it is not covered under the warranty. Quoted me $1400. Do you think that one of the custom shops will do it for cheaper? Or should I just go with them, just encase they find something else is broken that might be covered under warranty.

What was the aftermarket one you got? I need a better one and can’t afford to be replacing the clutch again.

I payed $520 at the dealer for labor and flywheel reserface, $530 for the Spec stage 2 ( can't recomend this clutch, it sucks ), so I $1400 seems a little much for a stock clutch replacment
