Im thinking of going with either Dynomax or Spintech. Im not into Flowmaster that much. I think the Flowmaster will sound too "tin can" like on these cars.

you could change the pulley (more boost)
tune
exhaust of course
intake
ported supercharger, or upgraded twin screw supercharger (not available yet)
ported heads
nitrous
throttle body
cams

basically most of the things you can do with any car.

Rumors are that chevy will have stage packages, which can get you ~270hp. I'd bet with some more extreme mods, you could get 300whp out of her.

as we all know, the car is under rated at 205hp, plus they take that number at 5600rpm, and from the dyno charts, we see that it makes power to the 6500 limiter... i think with a 7000 limiter, header and 15lb pulley, it should easily make the 270hp of the SEMA show car...

Perhaps posting (or even reading) in the appropriate forums would be best.

I'm 100% positive this subject is in another section on here (try 2.0L Performance).

Just look around there.

<----- Magnaflow man! I had one paired up with my old Alero and the 2.2 Ecotec and it made decent flow and greatly improved the 1/4 mile times!
