Ok First off, im not a kid. How the hell do you know how old i am. You dont. 2nd, i have driven a 2.4 ss 2.0 ss and a 6.0 GTO. SO i know what i am talking about. The 05 GTO are dyno'n only barely over 300hp to the wheels. We have people on this site dyno'd 250whp! in a car that is 1000lbs or so less! So its not a "worlds difference". By the way, My friend has a 04 GTO and we run the same 1/8 times. He's even got bolt ons. He dyno's 313whp and 330wtp. They have MAYOR traction proplems and wheel hop. The independent rear supension kills them off the line.

Cobalt443, A SS/SC has much more than 205hp, it's more like 240hp. Which is why a SS/SC is 1 second better in the 1/4 than the SS 2.4 VVT.

 

The power difference between the 2.0 ss sc and the 6.0 goat ARE JUST TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS. I've driven both, all alone, no salesman or anyone else and trust me I beat the **** out of both of them. The GTO has MUCH better traction with RWD and pins you to the seat MUCH harder then the ss/sc. Sorry, but those are the facts.

 

go with the GTO you have 400 ponies on the tap.. those things are sweet! they are runnin to 60 in like 4.6 seconds.. just think what you could do with the LS2!

What did your daddy buy you a 05 GTO and a 05 Cobalt because you couldnt decide between which one . Sounds to me like he did. Ive never heard of a 18 year old having both cars. Oh and buy the way the sc/ss is a full second faster than the 2.4ss and the GTO is a full second faster then the sc/ss. You each one is a second faster than the other. So how is the GTO "a worlds faster". Its not sorry. And i do have an open mind, thats why i drove 50 different cars before i decided to buy my Cobalt. With my own money. Not my daddy's.

No it is single turbo but has 900 wheel horsepower. You can see it on ebay. Its is red with emotion rims. Very clean car.

how about you just buy a real car like a 30th anniversary camaro SS or a 03-04 Cobra?
Not that i dont like gto's and supra's, I love them both i guess i just prefer a v8 with a bigger aftermarket then the gto.
