He hit a guard rail. The guard rail is owned by the Department of Transportation (IE: the state owns that). IF you hit a guard rail or a telephone pole, or a road sign or anything else owned by the state or municipality, you MUST report it unless you want charged with a hit and run, which is a serious offense. A Hit and run is an instantaneous suspension in many states.

Sorry man. Just do what I do next time. I wear out the fronts and pop the backs on the front and get two new back tires. works great. Right now I still have the stock back perelli's on the front of my car and they actually still have tread left some how. I put some toyo t1r's on the back and its great. I ran the origional front perelli's to the belts literally and those things are champs but still wear too fast. I hope you don't attempt this kind of stuff in the snow??? I don't recomend it. .....

yep this local ass clown in this 350z was driving around the other night at the local cruise spot anyways when he'd get on it the rear tire would spark.. well later that night he blew out and hit a curb...
learn your lesson real fast and don't use money as an excuse someone will loan u some money or put it on ur CC im only 20 and i hate asking for handouts but i would rather do that then fix the car... now this doesn't mean i havnt driven tires with no tread or belts showin haha but thats good weather if i know they are bad shittt... you knew
