I started off using 87 then switched to 91 and saw a big difference.

 

Just took delivery of it yesterday!!!! I'm having a blast! So much more torque than my MazdaSpeed Protege. Great power down low! I'm happy right now.

As for the Performance package, it's sweet, seats are nice and I wasn't sure about the two-tone in a black car.

 

If sound is the only reason for an exhaust, wait till the end of your trip. I personally like how it's quiet during daily grinding like my work commute, but it opens up nicely when I give it some gas. It will also open up a little bit after the first 1000 or so, or at least it did on my car. Congratz on the purchase!

 

Right out the dealership I never used anything less than 93, i always use 93. It's a performance engine you shouldn't use anything less than recommended. But then again it's your car so who am i tell you what you should or shouldn't do

 

Wait is 93 premium?? haha I use the highest one. I'm not sure if it's 91 or 93?? I don't really pay attention, just pick the one all the way to the right.

 

Well pretty much every gas station i go to tends to have 93 and not 91, i guess sometimes it depends at which punp number you're at. Ya know, like some have diesel and some don't. But i always put 93.

 

Alright. Day 3 with the car. Loving it...but there's a rattle in the glovebox that's driving me nuts!!!! It usually stops when I leave it open. Any quick fix?

I'm going on a 1200 miles roadtrip and would like to fix this before I go.
