Angry Is This Crooked???

Ok so I have a vibrant 2.5 d/p that I had to get a new cat welded on and I guess I didn't look at it closey when I was there but when I got home it looks off. Need second opinion...

yes it is a tad crooked....is it that big of a deal??? i mean i understand wanting it perfect but its really not gonna hurt anything....is it?

the pipe does have a bend in it. and its not off enough to make and difference.

Oh ok, I got nervous, I guess I didn't really examine it before hand, I thought the bung holes were suppose to line up and same with the flanges. Ok peace of mind now, I'm good lol. How it looks in pic 4 was really what got me worried.
