This could have happened to any of us because there isn't a person here that hasn't done this or atleast driven fast on the streets.
This isn't the time to be high and mighty, it's the time to realize your mistakes and don't let them happen again.

i understand that he isnt going to get the death penalty. i just dont think that prison is for idiots like this dude... if anything he needs to go work in a burn unit or something along that line ..... idk i just think the whole ordeal is really lame..
not like he doesnt know what he did ... if he doesnt then well i guess he does need prison to think about it...
Thats what should happen to this thread,
And to Jonel, you should post a disclaimer on this site (especially now after a member has f***ed up) That this site does not support any type of street racing and endangering the lives of others.
Just a thought, but could save mods a headache in the future

And it should not be considered murder...murder means intention, not accidental. And by accidental, it means no intentions, as in he didnt plan to nail her car. I also agree with a couple months, or a year, and then community service and probation. Even though he will never do something of the sort again, partly because he will never drive a car again.

anyway..here it goes:
"The precise definition of murder varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Under the common law, or law made by courts, murder was the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought. The term malice aforethought did not necessarily mean that the killer planned or premeditated on the killing, or that the killer felt malice toward the victim. Generally, malice aforethought referred to a level of intent or recklessness that separated murder from other killings and warranted stiffer punishment.
Many states use the California definition of implied malice to describe an unintentional killing that is charged as murder because the defendant intended to do serious bodily injury or acted with extreme recklessness
A person who unintentionally causes the death of another person also may be charged with murder under the depraved-heart theory. Depraved-heart murder refers to a killing that results from gross negligence"
