Dead battery right?

Car trys to turn over sounds really slow. On second start, just clicks. Same result with third try.

jumping car works fine.

after jumping the car, car will start fine there after.

I jumped the car last night, attempted to start this morning and had the dead battery symptoms again. I checked the voltage. Voltage was north of 11.3 volts. I did watch the voltage after shutting the car down last night and it dropped quickly but stopped around 12.2 volts.

Yap had the same problem in October.

The original AC Delco battery lasted for almost 10 years, and didnt have a single spot of rust, corrosion, or green **** anywhere.

my stock AC delco battery lasted 1 year lol. Got rid of that one after being stranded several times. Once I got stuck at work I was done with that battery.

The replacement I got was a Duralast Gold. Lasted pretty good I guess 4 years? Wish it would have lasted longer... worst time for me to get a new battery. I will get it checked before I commit $140 to a new battery...

My stock acdelco lasted 7 years I think, changed it a month ago just for the heck of it. Still cranked in cold weather fine, just had to turn headlights off then crank to make sure. Just wouldn't last charging your phone for over 20 min.

I just recently replaced my stock battery after 5 years.
Check out advance autoparts. You can place your order online and get 15% off, and then pick it up at your local store. You'll also get $25 off your next purchase of $50 or more. Pretty good deal!

went to advanced autoparts. Checked the battery and it was 23% charged. Got a new Duralast gold. The previous duralast gold lasted 4 years based on their database. Bought the last battery from them

Got prorated battery return of $46 towards new battery. Cant beat that

I think my stock battery was swapped out at the dealer for some little ***** car that worked there. Happens more often then you know. I have a hard time believing that the stock ACdelco battery would so readily **** the bed like that.

Doesn't surprise me one bit.

The dealership thing, not that the delco crapped out.

Mine just went from working fine, to needing a boost 3-5 times a week.
