dealers are insane!

So i was at my dealer today getting a paint chip fixed, and i asked a couple of questions about having the GM performance exhaust installed...lol they wanted 995.99 the exhaust and install...wow..how dumb can some people be to actually decide to get it there..

Stealerships are the reason that American car manufacturers are posting record losses. Yeah, there's other factors, but stealerships are the only one that have to do with customer service. I just can't stand them, they do such outrageous stuff, it's a wonder that any of them open at all.

haha... look at the cars (not chevy) that come with the option for like an intake or something.... 5-600 for a cold air intake that you could get somewhere else for 200

considering the GMPP exhaust is like $400 and putting it on is no more than $100 worth of labor I would say they are definately ripping people off.

My local stealership charges $100 an hour to work on Chevy's, I hope they work fast.

here u go lol....i just told him let me use ur computer and i showed him the same exact exhaust for 460 with the tip...he said well...thats new to me? and gave me a dumb look...wow...

Yeah, I would go ahead and call Shannigans on that one. Also find out who is supplier is, cause he's got some good smack somewhere in his desk.

hah when I first got my car I asked the dealership how much they wanted for the s/c wing, painted and installed, they quoted me $600...needless to say, I got it done for less than $300

hustedt used to charge 90 bucks an hour on cars. i know most speed shops and aftermarket shops charge around 60 here in NY

they labor should be less than an hour at a good shop they are way over charging you local here with tip was $550 installed its on backorder but im sure i coul bargin lower han 500 but paying 900+ is crazy

Find a dealership that is involved in racing. So far my record is 3 for 3, all great places and great people.
