Differences Between LNF and LSJ

I searched and couldn't find anything exactly on this topic. I was just wondering what the differences between the LSJ and LNF are besides the obvious (turbo, Direct Injection, VVT). I mean, does the LNF have stronger internals or the LSJ, or are they the same?

I believe the bottom end is the same. The differences lie in what you stated as well as the head. I could be wrong though.
