drive by wire to fly by wire tb

how hard would it be to go from a drive by wire tb (on a 2007) to a fly by wire set up?
i know gm has a kit they use from roush (part number30-412-0020) but what is the magnitude of doing a conversion like this? Reason for my asking is that most stand alone ecu's dont work too well with drive by wire.
thanks

drive by wire and fly by wire is the same thing. i thing your reffering to a cable throttle body. not sure about a conversion, however with some 3/8" aluminum you could make an adapter for almost any throttle body.

the big question is why go stand alone???

ah ok thanks for the clarification.
reason for going stand alone is the goal on my build is 600hp.
from what a few tuners have told me is its alot better to go stand alone when
you make that much power
