DO NOT BUY HEADLIGHTS FROM EBAY SELLER "Kazespeed"

Ebay seller of Cobalt Halo headlights is not worthy of your business. I purchased a set of Halo headlights with a HID kit wired. I received the set and one of the ballasts was bad. No big deal, email them to get a new one...they have a one year warranty on the lights. No reply. 2 to 3 weeks later a reply saying I need to check the wiring. I check the wiring, swap bulbs to the bad ballast and confirm that it is, in fact, a bad ballast. Send another email. 2 to 3 weeks later I get a reply saying that I have to send it back on my dime for their own testing. So I send it back. They've had the ballast for over a month now and they won't even return my emails. I now have two headlights and one bulb/ballast. They have no phone number to contact and refuse to respond to my emails.

Being that I am now screwed by these scam artists, I feel an obligation to inform everyone in the community. Don't make my mistake. Thanks for your time.

 

Time to leave a negative review, and Get your Money back

 

If you paid with Paypal. You will get your money back no problem.

 

...and make to report them to Ebay . Beyond just leaving negative feedback . With all the avenues u can take you should have no problem getting your money back .

Any numbskull can sell stuff and ship it, but you find there true customer service skills when you have a problem... Obviously there's is a FAIL

I bought 1st gen projectors from Kazespeed and didnt havce any problems at all. Sorry for your problems, hope everything works out.

 

Once they are getting emails from Paypal and Ebay about it, they'll start paying more attention to you.

 

I'm eventually going to order some headlights from them (prolly the colored halo type) but I just haven't committed to it yet.

I had projectors in the Mustang I had and I hated them. Body kit vibrated a bit too much in front forcing the lights to move as well. I wouldn't expect the same problem with the balt but I'm not convinced 100% yet.

 

i got my led tail lights from kazespeed and it took them almost a month to get them. i wont do business with them again.

 

i dont buy anything on ebay, and this is why. A lot of people suck.

 

Same... when mine showed up the plastic was scratched, and he just sent a new one no questions asked...

 

I just received my 2nd gens from them,,,and can't complain

At first they didnt have any in stock....that was fine....then i got them to ship me another set and they arrived witin a week.....

they had good communication with me throughout the ordeal

 

Holy **** they finally got back to me today to tell me they had to send the bad ballast (it was bad, turns out I'm not a retard) to the manufacturer and they will send me a new one.

This was the first reply from them since February 15th. Only 2 months...not bad...

 

i got mine off of them, passenger side high beam bulb was bad and they sent a new one out with no problem and paid shipping. sorry to hear of your troubles. ill try to contact him to see if i can get a reply
