I only read the first and last page but generally people who put that much time/money/effort into a car either will need the parachute or will need the parachute. Serious racers dont do "rice" mods. And actually a parachute is a great idea for saving brakes. However it is one big PITA.

 

Hmmm, think I found my next project car recipe. That thing is sick though, maybe a lil over the top for what i have planned, lol!
